कालान्तर में एवं विभिन्न सोचों एवं विचारों के चलते हिन्दू धर्म एवं इसकी पद्धतियों के बारे में इसकी बहुत सी मान्यताओं एवं आचार विचारों को अलग-अलग रूप में व्याखित किया गया और इन्हीं के साथ कुछ भ्रांतियों का जन्म भी स्वाभाविक रूप से हो गया। हिन्दू धर्म हर तरह से मानवता के सर्वांगीण विकास को पूरी तरह समर्पित है इस पर भी कोई विवाद नहीं है।

हमें अपने पौराणिक ग्रंथों के रूप में बहुत ही अनमोल निधियाँ मिली हुई है, इनमें से हो सकता है बहुत सी विलुप्त भी हो गई हो पर इनका बहुत का अनमोल खजाना अभी भी उपलब्ध है

सनातन या हिन्दू धर्म की जड़ों की गहराइयों का आकलन हम इसी बात से कर सकते हैं कि सैकड़ों वर्षों तक अन्य धर्मावलम्बियों एवं विदेशी ताकतों के  द्वारा कुचले जाने की कोशिशों के बावजूद सनातन या हिन्दू धर्म आज भी पूर्ण रूप से विश्व भर में करोड़ों लोगों की पूर्ण आस्था का केन्द्र बिन्दु है।

काफी जानकार लोगों एवं कुछ संतों से विचार विमर्श के बाद हमने हिन्दू धर्म शोध संस्थान की शुरुआत करने का सिद्धांत हमने मिलकर लिया है ताकि वर्तमान एवं आने वाली पीढ़ियों को हिंदू धर्म को समझने एवं मानने में सुविधा हो सके।

इन्हीं  प्रेरणा स्त्रोतों  साथ इस कार्य को आगे बढ़ाने हेतु हमने एक गैर राजनैतिक एवं गैर व्यवसायिक संस्था जिसका नाम – “<strong>हिन्दू धर्म शोध संस्थान</strong>”  एवं इसकी वेबसाइट https://www.HinduReligion.in होगी, इनकी स्थापना एवं कार्य को मूर्तरूप देने हेतु एक ट्रस्ट के रूप में इसका पंजीकृत कार्यालय वृन्दावन में रखते हुए पंजीकरण किया गया है। एक पूर्ण रूप से पारदर्शक तरीके से इस संस्थान की एक ट्रस्ट के रूप स्थापना एवं संचालन का दृढ़ संकल्प लेते हुए  हम इस शुभ कार्य की शुरुआत करने जा रहे हैं।

आप निश्चित तौर पर यह समझ सकते हैं कि यह अपने आप में एक बहुत बड़ा और जिम्मेदारी पूर्ण कार्य है और इसे कुछ समय में या जल्द ही पूरा नहीं किया जा सकता है।  सही पूछें तो यह अपने आप में कभी पूरा या सम्पूर्ण होने वाला कार्य नहीं है पर हम अपने सम्मिलित प्रयासों से इसे एक सही दिशा देते हुए आगे बढ़ा सकते हैं।
